Role Description

The Collection Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for contacting consumers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements, and documenting all interactions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, accurately processing payments, updating account information, and following established scripts and compliance guidelines. The Collection Specialist collaborates with team members to meet individual and team collection goals while maintaining a professional, respectful approach to every consumer interaction. The role requires consistent attendance, adherence to schedules, and participation in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and company procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
