Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Collections Specialist role based in Dallas, TX. The Collections Specialist will manage inbound and outbound collection activities, contact customers regarding past-due accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements in a professional and respectful manner. The role involves validating account information, documenting all interactions in the system, and following established processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Collections Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide clear status updates, and support clients’ needs while maintaining RS Clark & Associates’ standards of integrity and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, including experience handling past-due accounts and negotiating payment plans.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, de-escalate difficult conversations, and maintain positive relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping, with proficiency in using collection or CRM software and standard office applications.
