Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking a Collection Manager to perform first review and editing of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) and to provide feedback to CI teams. The role applies intel collection systems to inform consumers, develops collection requirements, and uses statistical methods to analyze ISR data across multiple sources.

Ideal candidates have DoD/IC collection management training and a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting while supporting Army

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or required.
• Experience applying collection management techniques and MOEs/MOPs.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC collection management course.

Responsibilities

• Identify collection gaps and recommend refining collection plans.
• Produce analyses and visualizations to report ISR findings.
• Coordinate with CI teams and security staff to disseminate IIR feedback.
