Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Colleague HR product or similar HR systems.
2+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or functional training delivery.
Ability to lead client-facing workshops and facilitate discussions with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation and optimization efforts for the Colleague HR solution.
Partner with campus HR and Payroll leaders to modernize processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor translating institutional goals into scalable solutions.
