Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience appraising and/or reviewing.
• 4+ years in a regulated financial institution.
• Clear understanding of USPAP.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and workflow systems.
• Experience coordinating 3rd party vendors.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Procure and coordinate third-party due diligence reports (appraisals, environmental reports, PCRs/PCAs).
• Prepare engagement letters and coordinate timelines with vendors.
• Oversee appraisal lifecycle including scoping, assignment, review, and acceptance.
• Maintain vendor documentation and onboarding of new valuation, environmental, and engineering vendors.
• Process vendor invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and track records for audit.
• Maintain pipeline trackers, update systems with dates and notes, and support policy enhancements.
