Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in financial operations, banking operations, capital markets, risk, collateral, or related environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support financial operations activities related to collateral management and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and manage collateral processes across clearing houses and financial products.
• Assist with development, implementation, and improvement of operational workflows.
• Support calculation and settlement of interest payments and collateral obligations.
• Manage and analyze client cash collateral processes.
• Review operational data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Partner with internal teams including Credit Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management, and Operations.
• Ensure processes are completed accurately while meeting deadlines and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records.
• Provide high-quality internal and client support in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
