The position requires coordination with loan officers and processors to assemble required documents and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role is onsite in Hoover, AL, with standard 40-hour weeks and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of loan operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews collateral documentation for perfection and determines if it meets recording requirements.
• Complies with government regulations regarding collateral filings.
• Reviews collateral documentation for accuracy and requests exceptions for errors.
• Researches rejected documents to determine corrective action.
• Collaborates with loan officers, processors, closing agents, and field staff to determine necessary documents.
• Tracks documents via vendor and government websites to confirm collateral recording and filing.
• Assists in release approvals with loan officers.
• Documents investigations and results in the release management system with thorough narratives.
• Analyzes operation and system issues and proposes improvements.
• Provides guidance to less experienced associates when needed.
