Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Document, Collateral, & Compliance Analyst to work with business sectors and Lending Operations. You will analyze lending documents, collateral and compliance activities, and independently suggest process improvements.

The role includes audits of collateral and documentation workflows to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment. Responsibilities include data collection, file reviews, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to deliver business results.

• Knowledge of core operations systems.
• Knowledge of lending products, including residential, commercial, consumer and leasing and loan/mortgage operations processes and activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lending documents and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Audit collateral files, mortgages, and related records for accuracy.
• Maintain and file collateral records and perform collateral quality reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and workflows in lending.
• Perform data reviews and provide insights to support decisions.
