Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Collateral Analyst to ensure clear, bankable mortgage collateral documents are delivered on time to warehouse banks and investors.

You will validate imaged loan data against the department checklist, identify issues, and coordinate with origination teams, title companies, and warehouse vendors to prevent denials and maintain accuracy. Some overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage terminology and documents.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, high-volume work.
• Strong attention to detail and cognitive skills.
• Experience with Encompass operating system is a plus.
• Loan Closing (Closer) background experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate collateral documents against guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of bankable documents to warehouse banks.
• Coordinate with origination teams, title companies, and warehouse vendors.
• Identify and correct issues to prevent denials.
• Occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
