Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an assembly professional in a medical device manufacturing environment. You will write labels, cut collagen sponges, and inspect products for defects while following shop orders and blueprints.

You will also assist peers and ensure adherence to clean room and safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of related experience; English reading proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 1–6 months of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Writes labels for materials, components, and products with identifying information.
  • Cuts collagen sponges to specified sizes using cutting tools.
  • Inspects collagen products for defects and thickness using gauges.
  • Packs products according to shop orders using sealing machines.
  • Reads shop orders, blueprints, and procedures for specifications.
  • Fills information on documentation such as shop orders as required.
  • Assists group peers to complete tasks.
  • May perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
  • Meet production schedules by working on priority orders.
  • Follow Clean Room rules and gowning practices.
  • Use protective equipment at the workstation.
