Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Manual dexterity to work with small parts and hand tools.
• Ability to perform assembly line operations.
• Rapidity to achieve productivity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assembles sub-assemblies or components using hand tools and equipment until product is completely assembled.
• Inspects products during operations with a binocular microscope or visually to correct defects.
• Follows shop orders, blueprints, and procedures for specifications and manufacturing drawings.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and tools.
• Washes components in alcohol station with proper PPE.
• Achieves established productivity and quality standards.
