Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a BCBA to supervise a multidisciplinary team and lead evidence-based treatment planning. You will co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared cases, ensuring decisions are data-driven and outcomes are clearly demonstrated.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication essential.
• Commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions (sit, stand, bend, lift up to 45 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes, own your plan and your client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
