Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Lake Bluff, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs in an in-person, clinic setting. This role offers annual compensation between $82,000 and $110,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, and mentor staff to deliver ethical, person-centered care that supports each child and family.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Illinois.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
• Write and monitor individualized treatment plans reflecting assent-based care.
• Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to deliver wraparound care.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards.
• Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration.
