Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking aCollaboration Solutions Specialist to develop and support services for consulting clients. You will nurture customer-focused relationships and work with the HBS Collaboration Team to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in a technical field, an associate degree or equivalent, and knowledge of Cisco/Webex/Zoom/Microsoft Teams Voice. A strong emphasis on certifications and ongoing product knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent.
• Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalents.
• Working knowledge of one of the following collaboration solutions: Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients.
• Build a customer-focused relationship with client.
• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team that provides consultative and proactive project support.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS' customers.
• Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products.
