Job summary

HBS is seeking a collaboration specialist to develop, implement, and support client-focused collaboration services. You will build relationships to identify business challenges and translate them into effective solutions, acting within the HBS Collaboration Team to deliver proactive project support to the account base.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field or internship
• At least one year in a technical related field (preferred)
• Experience working as a consultant (preferred)
• Associates degree or equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience
• CCNA or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of Cisco On Prem, Webex, Zoom Calling, and Microsoft Teams Voice (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/certifications (preferred)
• CCNP, CCA-V, VCA-DCV, MCA Microsoft Teams Voice Certification (MS-721) (preferred)
• Zoom competencies (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients.
• Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.
• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team providing consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and best practices, and educate the sales team on these products and services to enhance the sales process.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’s customers.
• Maintain current vendor/industry certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
• Meet annual billable hour goals, as defined by HBS.

• Work in a team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices
• Provide time estimates and project scopes for systems related projects
• Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions
• Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS

Requirements
