Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Collaborative Solutions Specialist to develop and support services for consulting clients in Wisconsin. You will join a team providing proactive project support and work to understand client challenges, translating them into clear specifications and solutions.

Key requirements include 6–12 months in a technical field, Associate degree or equivalent certifications, and CCNA or equivalent certification, with knowledge of Cisco/Webex, Zoom Calling or Teams Voice.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent.
• Associates degree or equivalent certifications or work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent certification.
• Working knowledge of one of the following collaboration solutions: Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients.
• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team that provides consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base.
• Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers.
• Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
