Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience required.
• Experience supervising 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and labor management is a plus.
• Familiarity with voice recognition and inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations in warehouse areas.
• Supervise warehouse associates to fulfill customer orders.
• Coach and mentor associates; implement PDPs with shifts.
• Conduct safety, quality, and sanitation practices audits.
• Assist in accident investigations per guidelines.
