Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Storage) to lead a second shift at our Lula, GA distribution center. You will coach the team, drive safety and performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, monitoring metrics, and ensuring payroll compliance while maintaining a union-free, productive workplace. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred – or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supervising others
• Proven leadership skills with strengths in organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment – exhibiting passion for safety.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Foundational skillset in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively engage with both frontline employees and leadership teams to positively influence culture and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift meetings and motivate staff to meet priorities.
• Coach and develop team; ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee staffing and payroll-related activities with leadership input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements and schedules.
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Shadow forklift operators to identify process improvements.
• Communicate goals and results to team and leadership.
