CJ Logistics America is seeking a hands-on Cold Storage Warehouse Lead to run daily operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You will lead shifts, optimize processes, and mentor staff while ensuring cold storage standards and safety compliance are maintained across the facility in Lula, GA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience in cold storage environments.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Handle products in cold storage and blast zones.
• Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards.
• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators.
• Coach and mentor team members with on-the-job training.
• Assist in scheduling, planning, and day-to-day operational flow.
• Conduct policy/procedure audits in the warehouse and trailers.
• Lead by example during shift transitions and high-demand periods.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations.
