Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, stack, sort, and pick cases. The role may require operating a pallet jack and forklifts to move goods within a cold storage facility, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

You will work with a team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets, adhering to procedures and quality controls. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn and operate safely in a warehouse.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort, segregate and case pick products.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts as required.
• Maintain accurate orders with attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA standards.
• Palletize goods for transportation and assist with warehouse duties.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to complete tasks.
