Job summary

FreshPoint Charlotte, a division of FreshPoint North Carolina, Inc., is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. You will load/unload, receive, put-away, pull and replenish products in freezer, cooler and dry zones, using RF devices and a WMS.

The role requires operating MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks), maintaining safety, and meeting productivity standards. Candidates should be comfortable with temperatures from freezing to warm, possess a HS diploma or GED, and have some warehouse exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred; reach truck experience a plus.
• Must pass a functional capacity test and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pallets meet defined requirements and accurate receipt data is entered.
• Record weights, lot numbers, dates, and temperatures in the warehouse system.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues; complete OS&D forms as needed.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Follow PWMs, safety rules, and company policies; support food safety programs.
