Job summary

FreshPoint Charlotte, a division of FreshPoint North Carolina, Inc., is seeking an outbound supervisor for the night shift to lead the dock and cooler operations. You will supervise and coach hourly staff, ensure accurate order processing, and maintain safety standards during the shift.

Responsibilities include planning labor, coordinating with sales/purchasing/inventory, and enforcing policies. A High School diploma is required and 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervise, motivate and train hourly employees.
• Able to solve problems independently and communicate information clearly.
• Experience in operations/warehouse shipping and receiving perishable products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound processes on the dock and in coolers.
• Coach and develop outbound associates; monitor safety and policy adherence.
• Manage labor hours and consumable supplies within budget; prepare work schedules.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control; spot-check orders for accuracy.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
