Job summary

Prime Meats LLC is seeking dedicated warehouse personnel in the Richmond, VA area. The role involves safe, accurate warehouse operations, order picking, packing, and loading with exposure to cold environments essential to keeping products fresh for our restaurant and retail partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Unload inbound trailers and containers using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products, prepare pick locations, and pick/pack/load outbound orders per customer specs.
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards to management.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments 32°F to -6°F.
