Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound movement using forklift equipment in our cold environment. You will move stock, rotate perishable products to minimize spoilage, and ensure timely deliveries to production areas while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect equipment, and complete paperwork. Other duties include maintaining clean facilities, following safety protocols, and supporting the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory scanning and warehouse systems preferred.
• Ability to become certified operator prior to operating equipment.
• Clean driving record; safe operator.
• Experience in a chilled food environment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or reach lift to move stock within warehouse, production, or packing areas.
• Rotate perishable inventory to minimize spoilage.
• Maintain active forklift certification and safety.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions or concerns.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; assist with waste disposal.
• Transport raw materials to workstations and production rooms.
