Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support cold storage operations, moving products, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring safe handling and storage of goods. You will manage inventory, fulfill orders, and keep an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse, familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks, and a commitment to safety. Must be 18+, have a valid US driver’s license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, high reach, pallet jacks).
• Forklift certification preferred with ability to attain upon hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid US driver's license.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture; keep the facility clean and safe.
• Move products and packages throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Conduct equipment checks prior to shifts and report safety concerns.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and place them for storage.
• Notify supervision of deficiencies in quality, shortages, or damaged product.
• Stage pallets for shipment and assemble daily shipments by location.
• Pack orders into shipping containers and ensure proper labeling and boxing.
• Inspect products for damage during packing and perform quality checks.
• Build boxes as needed for shipment and assist with other duties as assigned.
