Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our cold storage facility. You will support warehouse operations by moving products, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution.

You will promote safety, perform equipment checks, assist with inventory and order fulfillment, and maintain a clean work environment. A minimum of one year in a warehouse is required, with cold storage experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture in the facility and follow safety rules at all times.
• Move products and packages using appropriate equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct equipment checks before the shift and report issues.
• Load and unload materials from trucks to designated storage locations.
• Assist with inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
