Job summary

Mini Melts of America Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Norwich, CT facility. The role involves picking and packing, stocking freezers and trailers, and coordinating with drivers to ensure accurate deliveries.

You will operate an electric pallet jack and forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in cold environments, with overtime possible. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold environments and freezer areas.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jack and forklift.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Ability to work at least 40 hrs per week with possible overtime.
• Basic Math Skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory to fill orders in onsite-built cardboard/styrofoam shipping containers.
• Stock Walk-in Freezers and Freezer Trailers with Daily Products.
• Handle Dry Ice regularly.
• Move large storage containers using electric pallet jack and forklift.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory counts.
• Assist in Loading & Unloading Trucks and handling paperwork.
