Job summary

Mini Melts of America is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Norwich, CT to join our fast-paced team. You will help prepare orders and move products, while maintaining accurate inventory in a cold environment.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating an electric pallet jack and forklift, and collaborating with teammates to ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks.

A valid driver’s license is required; pre-employment background screening and drug testing apply.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to stay organized and detail oriented.
• Basic understanding of product codes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory to fill orders and prepare shipments.
• Stock Walk-in freezers and freezer trailers with daily products.
• Handle dry ice regularly.
• Move large storage containers using pallet jack or forklift.
• Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts.
• Assist loading and unloading trucks and related paperwork.
• Work in pairs to verify inventory and accuracy.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
