Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Selector to efficiently pick products and build pallets for our perishable distribution centers. You will handle cold-storage environments, operate equipment after training, and maintain strict accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred warehouse experience and MHE operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally in refrigerated warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select damage-free product to build pallets per customer specs.
• Verify product against pick tickets and labels.
• Maintain 100% productivity and 99.9% accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment after training.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in refrigerated warehouse.
• Attend to safety and attendance requirements.
