Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Kentucky is seeking a Selector who will properly, efficiently, and accurately pick products to build pallets for our clubs. Our perishable distribution centers are temp controlled, with temperatures ranging from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer.

Selectors will lift 50–100 lbs and operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment. We are hiring for a Morning shift with a four-day work week; start times are 8 AM and shifts may last 10–12 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Preferred warehouse experience and knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Excellent attendance is expected.
• Four-day work week with 8 AM start and shifts that may run long until tasks are completed.

Responsibilities

• Select damage-free product to build pallets accurately per customer specs.
• Verify product against pick tickets and labels; complete paperwork.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards (100% and 99.9%).
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
• Operate material handling equipment after training.
