Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Selector for our perishable distribution environments. You will pick products, build pallets, and operate material handling equipment in a cold storage warehouse with temperatures down to -20 degrees.

You should be able to lift 50 lb frequently and 100 lb occasionally, maintain high accuracy, and follow pick tickets and labels with care. A high school diploma or GED is required to start, with additional training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (as low as -20 F).

Responsibilities

• Select damage-free product to build pallets with accuracy.
• Verify products against pick tickets and labels.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards (100% and 99.9%).
• Report inventory discrepancies and damages to supervisor.
• Operate material handling equipment after training.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped and stacked for safe transport.
