Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with driving record within company established parameters.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre employment physical and drug screen.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
• 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, issues material and supplies to project sites.
• Loads and unloads supplies and equipment; shelves materials; climbs ladders to stock shelves; keeps facility orderly and safe.
• Moves materials within plant, yard, or work site according to work orders.
• Opens containers with hand tools; loads onto pallets and secures with straps.
• Conveys materials to storage or work sites using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts.
• Attaches tags or labels and records material handling numbers daily.
• Stacks or bundles materials and uses banding equipment.
• Operates lifting devices or cranes when needed; observes safety rules.
• Assists in assembling crates and prepares shipments as required.
• Performs general cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
