Job summary

Lakeside Foods, Manitowoc packaging center is seeking a Pack-off Team Member to join a fast-paced, safety‑conscious crew. You will remove items from the line, ensure proper sealing, and help place products into shipping containers while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

This role supports production with attention to detail, attendance, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The team emphasizes a positive, collaborative atmosphere and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Great attendance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Remove poly bag or box from line conveyor and place in shipping container.
• Discard any bag/box not properly filled, not sealed, or defective.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Occasionally assist in inspection of product prior to packaging.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Adhere to Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• Notify Supervisor immediately if unsafe or hazardous conditions are discovered.
