Lakeside Foods, Inc. in Manitowoc, WI is hiring a Quality Assurance Team Member to support barcoding, CDC Quality Program, and audit activities. You will document changes, participate in corrective actions, and help ensure product quality across docks and packaging lines.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and QC experience is preferred. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential for success in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Quality Control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and be proficient in Barcoding Program and CDC Quality Program.
• Thoroughly document any changes from approved procedures and specifications.
• Identify any corrective actions taken.
• Responsible for auditing all receiving docks, shipping docks, warehouse areas, labeling lines, labeling supplies, frozen packaging supplies, frozen packaging lines, and dent storage.
• Prepare reports on all audit and problem-solving activities.
• Assist with the sampling of warehoused product for Lakeside Foods and customer evaluations.
• Moderately perform Quality Control functions in Frozen Packaging Department.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
