Job summary

Lineage is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator in Wisconsin to join our production team. You will set up lines, inspect labels and packaging, and ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

You will lift up to 20 lbs, work in cold storage or dry storage environments, and report any issues to maintenance while following company policies. This role offers opportunities for advancement within Lineage.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20F/-25C) or hot/dry areas up to 100F/37C while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs (9 kg) and handle varying facility weights.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when required.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Set up cylinders, tables, and forms at the start of each shift.
• Identify non-conforming packaging/products and remove from the line.
• Report machinery or equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Complete and submit daily documentation to the production lead.
• Maintain a clean work area.
