Job summary

Lineage in Richland, WA seeks an transformational operations leader to own a high-volume, automated cold storage facility. You will manage a large team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior customer and company executives to shape the future of a critical location.

Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet goals for a medium-sized warehouse with diverse responsibilities. Emphasize safety, quality, and customer service while achieving KPI targets and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Achieve company performance goals including KPIs like Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, and customer service standards.
• Review and analyze warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in marketing and sales efforts, including planning new account strategies, prospecting new accounts, developing and quoting rates, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
• Establish and ensure facilities have excellent focus on customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor and control budgets, capex, MHE and space utilization to meet targets.
• Facilitate and support initiatives that ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food to meet Lineage safety and food quality standards.
