Job summary

Lineage is seeking an operations leader for a high-volume, automated cold storage facility in the United States. You will lead a large team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior customers and Lineage executives to shape the site’s future.

Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet goals for a medium-sized warehouse with a broad scope of responsibilities. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5 years' Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN.
• Experience managing, training, and developing people in operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Achieve company performance goals including KPIs such as Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, and customer service standards.
• Review and analyze warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales in planning new account strategies, prospecting, calls, quoting rates, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
• Establish and ensure facilities focus on customer service and client relationships.
