Job summary

Industrial Logistics Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. You will safely load/unload pallets, log pallet IDs, and assist with receiving and shipping in a temperature-controlled facility.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a safety-focused mindset. Work includes ambient, cooler, and freezer environments with protective gear provided; high school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work in ambient, cooler (38°F), and freezer (-10°F) environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming trailers and pallets for damage, removing damaged product as needed.
• Log pallet IDs and locate them in designated warehouse locations.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork as required.
