Job summary

CJ Logistics Lula, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator Cold Storage to safely operate forklifts and EPJ and support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking and inventory management.

You will perform quality checks, maintain accurate placement, assist with cycle counts, and comply with OSHA safety and PPE policies. The role is 3rd shift: 10:30pm–7:00am, on-site at Lula facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and EPJ to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual picking, loading, unloading, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to PPE and safety policies.
