Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator Cold Storage in Lula, GA. The role focuses on safe operation of forklifts, EPJs, and other equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control within daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking, consolidation, and shipments preparation while upholding safety and quality standards. On-site work, second shift, with potential evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Follow safety and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts safely
• Perform manual case picking and material handling tasks
• Replenish inventory and maintain placement
• Prepare products for shipment including palletizing and staging
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts
• Communicate issues to management and teamwork with colleagues
