Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Lula, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator for third and second shifts. The role supports safe operation of forklifts, EPJs, and other MHE to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.

You will assist with loading/unloading, picking, and consolidation as part of daily warehouse activities. Responsibilities include quality checks, audits, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of related warehouse experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up and/or sit‑down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment including EPJ usage.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
