Job summary

Vertical Cold Storage Llc is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Specialist for four 10-hour shifts in Pooler, GA. This full-time role requires experience with warehouse duties, forklift operation, inventory control, and accurate packing and shipping of goods.

You will be cross-trained in a range of tasks, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while supporting warehouse supervision and ensuring timely operations.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/distribution experience required or preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting and multiplying.
• Forklift or powered equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify items received and shipped by checking item information and condition.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and locating inventory accurately.
• Prepare product for shipment including packing and loading.
• Document shipments by recording units shipped.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles as required.
• Perform pre-use inspections and maintain equipment.
• Use hand-held scanners and vehicle-mounted units for inventory control.
• Ensure safe handling and housekeeping in the warehouse.
