Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reads shipping/picking orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Operates electric forklifts or hand-trucks to transport pallets.
• Loads/unloads products onto/off pallets and racks.
• Sorts and places items on racks by size, type, or product code.
• Prepares and records order fill tickets and truck logs.
• Records amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items to ensure conformance to standards.
