Job summary

Interstate-Warehousing-In in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to receive, store, and distribute products in refrigerated areas. You will read orders, move items using electric forklifts or pallet jacks, and prepare load receipts.

This role requires standing for long periods, ability to work in 0–36 degree temperatures, pass a preemployment math and safety test, and learn heavy equipment. Forklift experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Reads shipping/picking orders to determine items to move or distribute.

• Sorts and places items on racks by size, type, or product code.
• Prepares and records order fill tickets and truck logs.
• Records amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items to ensure conformance to standards.

SUMMARY:Receives, stores, and distributes products in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms within a warehouse established by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following.
