Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team on site in Jacksonville, FL. You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, stacking and sorting, and performing case picking with pallet jack use.

Team coordination and a strong safety mindset are required to succeed. Must have a GED or high school diploma, be able to work overtime and weekends, and demonstrate reliability and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Must be capable of learning and retaining skills to work safely and productively.
• Must work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid work ethic and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating product.
• Case picking and palletizing goods for transportation.
• Operate a pallet jack to move products as needed.
• Follow proper handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
