Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, stack, sort and pick cases, with occasional pallet jack work. You will contribute to accurate orders and safe operations within a cold storage environment.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, the ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team, and willingness to overtime and weekends. Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and follow safety procedures in a cold storage environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing tasks.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.
• Experience operating MHE is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort and segregate product.
• Case picking and palletizing goods for transportation.
• Operate pallet jacks as needed to move items.
• Maintain accuracy and safety in all tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to complete duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
