Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and case picking in a busy cold-chain facility in Texas. You may operate a pallet jack and work with accuracy to fulfill customer orders.

We value safety, reliability and teamwork. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed; high school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must learn and retain skills to work safely and productively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have solid work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required occasionally.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and change direction mid-stream.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort and segregate product and perform case picking.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed to move goods.
• Maintain safe work practices in line with OSHA standards.
• Palletize goods for transport to trucks and loading bays.
• Coordinate tasks with warehouse teammates and leaders to complete assignments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support operations.
