Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support loading/unloading, stacking, sorting, and case picking in a cold storage environment. The role may involve operating a pallet jack and other equipment after training.

Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate a solid work ethic, and maintain accuracy while multi-tasking. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely at all times.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from docks and trucks.
• Stack, sort, and segregate items and perform case picking.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts per training.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the facility.
• Coordinate with team to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
