Job summary

The Cycle Counter position is part of the 1-800-Flowers Inventory Control and Accuracy team, focusing on maintaining inventory accuracy in a cold storage environment. The role requires working in -10°F to 40°F conditions and using RF devices to conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, operating MHE, and collaborating with peers and business partners. High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in inventory control are required, with experience in cold

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of inventory control experience required.
Cold food environment experience preferred.
Experience in extremely cold environments for extended periods.
1-2 years of MHE operating experience required.
Working knowledge of Oracle and WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF devices.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse systems like Oracle Cloud, Oracle RF, and SAP.
Monitor inventory accuracy and identify control gaps.
Communicate issues to the supervisor and partners promptly.
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required.
Meet established inventory and operational KPIs.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Wear PPE and comply with safety programs.
