Job summary

1-800-Flowers is seeking a Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy in a cold storage warehouse. The role involves cycle counts, audits, and researching discrepancies using RF devices and WMS systems.

You will work 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, PPE compliance, and KPI achievement. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory control, MHE operation experience, and familiarity with Oracle/SAP/WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of inventory control experience required.
• 1-2 years of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operating experience required.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (EBS/WMS) preferred.
• Experience in cold food environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF devices.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in WMS/ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify control gaps.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required.
• Meet established inventory and operational KPIs.
• Maintain PPE and follow safety procedures.
